The Certificates

TO THE PUBLIC: NEVER ACCEPT AN APPRAISAL WITH MY NAME OR THE TAAA'S NAME ON IT UNLESS IT IS EMBOSSED WITH
THE TAAA AND MY SIGNATURE ON A RAISED SEAL (you can see and feel it - that is your protection against fraud).

The seal that you see is raised.  You can see it and feel it.  That protects this paper from being adjusted by an unauthorized person.
This seal should cover the price,  parts of my signature and the photo of the artifact appraised.  THAT'S PROTECTION!

These are not authentication papers.  If the piece is not thought to be ancient you will be
instructed to have the piece authenticated by a TAAA approved authenticator before an appraisal can be done.
That way you get double protection from having a fake artifact in you collection.
I do not give verbal appraisals at the shows.
I cannot give appraisals over the internet or from photos.  I must have them in hand.
Artifacts will be held until payment in full clears my bank.

Beautiful, Frameable Certificates!
Because of the different sized artifacts my papers are different in size BUT,
I leave 1/2" around all borders so you can matte them to fit your frame.

The TAAA raised signature seal is stamped over the signature, the price and a portion of the photo.
That gives you and a potential buyer *PROTECTION* from FRAUD!

Whoever sees your certificates will know that they are authentic certificates and cannot be tampered with.
