I invited the masses to the best site I have ever dug (I hand dug there for 5 days in 1996 ), hardly anyone showed!

One last thing... we have had a problem with some hand diggers TRASHING HOLES before they leave (breaking the walls off, filling the floors full of dirt)! If you dig the wall, move the dirt. Other diggers come in after you, especially during the middle of the week and are faced with
a floor full of dirt. LEAVE YOUR WALL AND FLOOR CLEAN FOR THE NEXT PERSON AND THEY WILL YOU. You have to go through the dirt to find the artifacts anyway so don't knock the dirt down unless you plan on cleaning out the hole.
