Oct 6-9 Continued
Check out the huge snail pile in the bank of Cibolo creek. It appears that the Indians dug a hole and threw their shells in
it after consuming them.
While not an Ensor, this is the 10th complete chalcoedony artifact to come off the Cibolo creek bank.
There are 4 more with impact fractures. At first I thought these might have been cerimonial pieces but
when I saw the impact fractures I realized they were using these points. Would it not have been cool to see
all of them hafted!?
Clear and serrated too!
I tried a new test hole on the creek (closer to where we drive in and this awesome multicolor triangular
came out along with a couple of Castrovilles. It shows promise!
